Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms have not been drafted yet and must be reviewed by a legal adviser before launch. The points below record what the site actually does, so the final terms can be written against it.
What CourtHub does
CourtHub is a platform. It takes a customer's project requirements and connects them with construction companies, suppliers and specialists. It does not represent that it performs court construction services itself.
Information on this site
Court dimensions and specifications published here follow the governing bodies' standard playing dimensions. Anything that depends on a specific site, supplier or market conditions is presented as guidance rather than a quotation, and should be confirmed with a qualified professional before you commit to a build.
The store
Product listings currently shown are clearly-marked placeholders. No orders can be placed and no payments are taken. Terms of sale, warranty and returns must be drafted before the store goes live.
What still needs to be decided
- Legal entity name, registration and jurisdiction
- Limitation of liability and disclaimers
- Terms of sale once the store is live
- Terms for listed builders, suppliers and venues
- Intellectual property and acceptable use
