Privacy Policy
This policy has not been drafted yet and must be reviewed by a legal adviser before launch. The summary below describes what the site currently does, so the final policy can be written against it.
What this site currently collects
- Court project enquiries submitted through the Build a Court form: name, company, phone, WhatsApp, email, city, sport, court count, enclosure, site situation, project size, budget indication, timeline and any notes you add.
- Nothing else. There are no accounts, no cart, no payment processing and no third-party analytics or advertising trackers installed at this stage.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries are sent to a configurable webhook endpoint so they can be routed into a CRM. No CRM is hard-coded into the site. Once a provider is chosen, this policy must name it and state where the data is stored.
What still needs to be decided
- Data controller identity and registered address
- Where enquiry data is stored and for how long
- Which processors are used (CRM, email, hosting, analytics)
- Cookie and analytics policy, if analytics are added
- How to request access to or deletion of your data
